The light grey feathers at the back of the neck along with the eye position seem to indicate Cooper's Hawk. Do you have any photos with the tail visible? That would be definitive. These guys are notoriously difficult to tell apart.

Thank you so much Ed for going into such detail, however unfortunately I don't have a rear shot of the hawk and that is odd because that's the shot I usually get of them flying away.
