The iMac was purchased on 12/29/2015 from B&H. It's been in a smoke free/pet free home located in the same area the whole time I've owned it. I have the original box, the shipping box and all of the original accessories.
AppleCare has been extended through 12/29/2018. AppleCare is completely transferable.
I've attached a screen shot of the about screen.
The computer is in perfect working order. It will be wiped, and come to you just as it did to me from the factory albeit with macOS Sierra.
