I am thinking of buying a streaming media player to see my pictures in slides fashion.
here is one example

it has high quality 4k UHD.
What is 4k?. how should I program my images?

4k is a higher res. video std. that does not look better than the last std., but HDR does look better and requires 4k

(or something...)

When I program a picture to show on monitor I always put it at 72 pixel/inch. Is that 4k?
I see that 4k tv nowadays is the best. What does that really mean?

it says that these TVs have 4000 pixels in horizontal resolution.
Well 4000 in a 75 inches TV is not the same as in a 25 inches

I have no answer due to the fact 4K is still sub par for color accuracy.

4K is like 4 times the size of Full HD video, so if Full HD is about 1920 x 1080p, then 4K is about 4 times of that, my current TV is Full HD only, and i do have one or 2 of those 4K media player even i don't like it much, i still prefer my WD media TV hub player that supports up to full hd only, one day i will buy a 4K TV i hope in bigger size of my current TV
