I just finished a rough test with some bad light at infinity. Center and 3 corners look very good (center excellent), but the top right corner is terrible. Too bad as if it were centered I'd definitely keep it.
I shot a series from 2.8 to F11 in changing light but I'm only showing 2.8 and F8 here and as you can see even at F8 the top right is still poor. I did shoot some images off the tripod around a marina after these tests with steadyshot turned on. With **scapes I like to include a subject very close with a UWA lenses and the AF had real trouble even in bright light and contrasty AF points.
I posted the F2.8 and F8 at 1/2 res here. 100% center and corner crops below.
Tripod, Steadyshot off, EFC on, ISO 100, remote. RAW, default LR settings, no profile, no CA correction
