Wouldn't having a very large battery, thus ruining the size and ergonomics that seem important to a majority of mirrorless buyers, just to allow for a feature that is utilized by a small minority be more of a screw up ?

So is attaching the 50-140mm... The size advantage seem to be lossing it's value more and more. Especially if you want DLSR performance out of mirrorless (using larger lenses and speedlights). Besides, using big lenses on those small bodies is kind of a pain as well. To me the biggest advantage is all about the EVF (real time exposure, filters and easier manual focusing). I wish the batteries had more juice, even if that means a slight increase in weight / size.

The Fuji XT2 is great in that it lets you choose between the grip (counterweight with heavy lenses and more juice) and without (small, light, little juice). However, those that want more juice without the grip are out of luck
