I've been to Bic, MAP and Yodabashi. Where else in Shinjuku can I find cameras new or used?

Not in Shinjuku but Nakano. There's Fujiya Camera that is a great shop. Especially if you are looking for used cameras.

Fujiya is awesome, I've bought from them online and they usually have an awesome selection and reasonable prices.

Of their site:

"We are currently not able to sell products to customers whom living in oversea by manufacturers limitation. Also, We don't accept orders via forwarding delivery service."

You are reading too much into my post. I used to live in Japan (5 yrs over there) and bought from Fujiya back then.
Also, if you have the right forwarding service (I use Tenso for Japan purchases these days), Fujiya would never know the difference. If they accept card with non-Japan address (prob do), you should be able to get around it.
