Some noise reduction on the background would take this very difficult photo over the top. Earlier this morning I was googling to find out when they will pass through Long Island.

I would crop it standard size and not square.
I don't know how you get those guys in flight! Well done.
Sadly there are very few monarchs in southern Ontario this year.
