I like the 14mm. It is compact, lightweight and has very good image quality (sharp and little distortion for a wide angle lens).

Yeah I had to struggle with either this or the 16mm purchase - I severely under-used mine when I had it.

Yes, forgot to mention that. I only take one hood when I have both lenses with me. And my polar filter also fits on both

Its a stunning lens! I have some shots to share when I get a chance to upload.... Good call on the hood sharing, the 4 and 18-55 are my 2 fuji lenses and make a great pair

I like the XF 14 for snapshots on X-E2s. I just send the images to my phone and do a quick edit of the jpeg using snapseed and share instead of just my phone now.
