I'm the original owner and used this machine very little. Mostly for business trips and vacations. The case has a few light marks and scratches. I bought it in July 2013 from Best Buy.
It is a mid-2012 model with 2.9GHz I7 chip, 8GB 1600MHz DDR3 Memory, 750 GB hard drive and 10.8 Mountain Lion which can be upgraded to Yosemite by the new owner (that was the OS I was using on it). It has a Optical drive (CD & DVD) SD card slot, USB II and Thunderbolt connector. The original box and charger are included.
The Battery has been cycled 63 times.
The computer works perfectly.
The back is held on with Torx screws so the memory chips, HD and battery can easily be replaced.
Thanks for looking!

I don't know how to determine this from the computer, But considering how long I've owned it and how little I used it - I estimate 150 battery cycles.

To find out what your MacBook’s battery cycle is, go to Apple icon > About This Mac > System Report, and select the Power tab, under Hardware. In the right panel, you will find the Cycle Count

The computer is wiped. It is ready for the new user. I'm not going thru the process of wiping it again to find the battery cycle count without a firm commitment to purchase.

considering a replacement battery costs more than what you are asking for the laptop, you might want to just set it up with a generic account for the 10 min it will take fwiw
