This is the first time that I have seen a puss moth larva "in the flesh". i had no idea that the modified last two legs were quite so weird. This would have benefited from stacking, but the whips moved too fast.

A beautiful and rather weird find.

Wonderful! that almost looks like the faked front end of a few caterpillars (especially the Nawabs/Rajahs here in the Indian sub-continent)
