I have
SanDisk
PNY
Transcend
Lexar Pro

I may be lucky, but I don't see any difference in quality of all these brands. They are all good!
Do you?

in the category of technical speed the 2 nearest to factual data tellers are
SanDisk
Lexar
between SanDisk and Lexar, SanDisk tends to be more consistent with less issues. Lexar tends to push the envelope and sometimes pays for it. right now in SD cards I have an equal amount of both. the differenc is in SanDisk its UHS I and Lexar its UHS II.

the other tend to be more promise to delivery variations.

all of them (SD) have more acronyms, icons and other so called performance confusing info widgets on them drug packaging.

you go with what makes you happy. I do minimize these in use.

I spent the first part of my digital life beating up on CF cards which were and still are pretty straight forward as are XQD too.

between the cameras and the cards working together in perfect harmony it is generally a crap shoot for consistent performance

I have right now well over 20 cards, from 32 to 64 GBs, a mixture of all these four brands. So far from the very beginning of my digital activity, only one card, a SanDisk, played dead on me.

look at the ratios and do the math. where do they get their data from? how are these "reviewed"? what is the regiment? what are the controls? that looks like a whole lot of useless data shoveled together. no, these are not people at least like me. you, I can't comment on, because we really don't know who we are. this looks to junk food and not even that tasty looking. . no rules no reality.

Ha, you got it. The almighty internet, Hi-tech. Who can beat that?
Face Book is bigger than ExxonMobil! The assets of the five biggest companies are all hi=tech. They don't produce any thing, they don't make any thing. But they, like internet, they control every thing.
But I digress....

Just keep in mind that if the camera does not support UHS-II a 2000x UHS-II card may be needed to reach the same writes as a simple 95 MB/sec. UHS-I card. A 1000x UHS-II card in the UHS-I body may be slower.

Trust but verify. Kinda hard to verify there though isn't it? I prefer facts over opinions. Your avg SD card buyer will vary rather dramatically in knowledge.

Look here and try to match your camera up with the card and see results. I do believe they have a methodology and are more consistant

Sure, if the data is relevant. Unfortunately that is not a complete list.
I usually buy a few samples of cards and test well before buying a dozen or whatever number gets to the TB range.

That is how I buy wine. I try one or two bottles first. If I or specially Mrs. Likes it, I would go back to buy a dozen or more .

just remember as the card gets larger it has slower reactions in R/W. of course that may not matter.

R/w speed is written on top for you to see.

Yet the smallest cards sometimes have fewer memory channels populated and slower write speeds.

Of course. That is why do look at wine ratings, 90,95 87 points, but then I taste and rate myself before I stock up my cellar.
For the SDs, we do know the makers over rate their products. But at the end if they do it in excess, we clever consumers don,t go back.
