The Platt Street Bridge in downtown Tampa was constructed in 1926 at a cost of $400,000. The Platt Street Bridge was designed by the Strauss Bascule Bridge Company, which also designed the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco. CC is greatly appreciated.

I feel like there is too much negative space here and that the bridge does not command enough mass in the scene.

I do like the strong leading line from the right which takes me to the bridge and then my eyes cross the bridge itself.

I'd like to see this shot closer to the bridge utilizing the forced perspective of the UWA lens.

Cheers!

Jeff

Thank you, I will attempt this one again, maybe with my fisheye and see if I can get closer and still keep my leading line. Very helpful suggestion.

Does this work better cropped as a pano or does it just need to be reshot?

Personally I dig it a lot more with the tighter cropping - much easier to see what you want us to see. Definitely an improvement!

Cheers,

Jeff
