Thanks for you comments P Alesse and glort. Very well said. I have no plans to increase my "finders fee" back to the school. I have done more research and still believe my value to the school is inline with others. I have a feeling they wont push it. I just wanted your valued opinions as a benchmark.

The school is very much on board with what my team and I can do and are aware of the my other constraints. Besides, all the picture stuff is done after school and work hours. Should have a final discussion this week.

Just wanted to give you an update. The agreement was signed today and I didn't to have to change anything to my original proposal. We had a very productive and cordial conversation about fees and vision. Your thoughts were very very helpful.
