Here are a few from a recent trip to the Columbia Gorge. Spirit Falls was high on my list to visit since I am a sucker for that turquoise water. The first two are focus blends and the third is a single exposure. Any thoughts are welcome.
I liked trying to get up close and personal with the water in #2 but I agree it doesn't quite work as well overall. I can also understand why the branches in #1 may make it too busy for some. I appreciate the feedback.
Bummer about that massive log that now exists! I hope it isn't a situation like Punch Bowl Falls where the log is going to remain a fixture for multiple years.
All really well done, but #1 is my favorite. Beautiful colors, composition, and exposure. Love the branches and moss covered tree trunk on right, and peering through the hemlock branches on the left.

Beautiful location Kyle! The third photo is my favorite of the set.
Thanks Brad - it really is a beautiful location. I've added a 4th file that is a little wider than the third. The branch leaning over the falls on the right has bothered me a little but the 3rd file seems a little cut-off.
