Interesting approach.

BTW, what lens ... this is kind of a "torture test" in certain regards. And it seems to have passed it fairly well.

Thanks Kent! I shoot Olympus (omd em1), and this is one of their best primes, 75mm, with 2x factor a 150mm equivalent.

the soft focus, play of circles and lines creates a dreamy abstract that is still easy to relate to
and color is totally right here

When I viewed this on the phone I was going to pass it over without much thought, but on a bigger screen this is a much nicer image IMO.

It works really well for me on an abstract level. The bokeh balls and fat leading lines draw the eye right through the shot and "around the corner" into nothingness.

I know that you're a color dude and probably really dig the contrast of the reds and greens against the neutral colors that dominate the image, but consider a mono conversion. I'm going to PM you a quick one I whipped up as food for thought.
