I am the original and only owner of this near mint condition Nikon Supercoolscan LS-5000 ED 35mm film scanner. The unit and all of it's parts function flawlessly, it's had a very easy life in this pet and smoke free home. Always stored in a big zip-lock bag, the scans look as great today as when it was first purchased. I just bought a Coolscan 8000 so am turning the 5000 loose.

The scanner comes with the following contents:
1. SA-21 strip film holder with simple easily reversible mod to batch scan whole rolls of 35mm film
There are a number of websites describing this.

2. MA-21 Mounted Slide Film Holder.

3. SF-210 slide feeder (price one of these separately...)

4. Software on DVD
Nikon Scan 4.0.1 and Nikon Scan Reference Manual Easy Scanning Guide ver.4;
Nikon View 6.1.0 and Nikon View Reference Manual ver.6.1;

5. USB Data Cable.

6. Power Cord.

Link to one of many sites explaining how to mod the SA-21. This one is of course already done and there is no reason to ever "undo" it.
