It came out nice! Yeah, I can hear you about being quick. I have never done an HDR pano, but I've done several long exposure city ones...hell, the first pano I ever did was a fireworks show. I did the fireworks shot first and then went and got the rest of the scene.
Thanks daggah! I always have stitching errors with water on my long exposure panos. A big pain! I haven't done fireworks yet. Sounds NICE!

Very nice. Love the lighting. I have done a few of these recently (but not with such nice lighting as yours) and it works well if you mind the horizon when panning. I also do 3 shot HDR for each frame of the panorama. Why not?
Thanks Max! I got lucky! The clouds came and left within 40 mins. It was moving FAST! I used RRS single row pano head. I had the horizon leveled but right in the middle I cropped a lot of the water out. Next time I want to try a second row for the sky. Even though I don't have the multi row pano head I think I can get away with just aiming up a bit. I think it would it look nicer with more sky. I think I will try more HDR panos. "Why noy?" I agree
