I would like to share a few shots from the last several days. I have been experimenting with the Nik collection and topaz software, and I am finding these tools quite useful. Your comments are always welcome.

Thanks for having a look.

~George

Hi George,

The first is a beauty. The forth seems to look a bit smeared, too much noise reduction? I'm quite fond of the last with the clouds as a background and the beautifle feather detail

Nice set George, #2 is my favorite for the composition and #1 and #3 are great too. Your artistic processing on #4 and #5 is interesting, but not really my cup of tea.

Thank you Morris. I tried the define2 plugin to get rid of the noise, and I quite possibly overdid it. I do like the way it cleaned up the background though.

Thank you Heron. I am glad you like #2. I have always steered clear of 'artistic processing' but I have come to look at it a lit bit more favorably since joining the local camera club.

Very nice , George . Morning dove chick and swallow are beautiful .
I agreed with Morris. Have you tried only mask the background with dfine2?

Nice set; I like them all though I agree with Morris that about # 4 and the last. I really like the perspective and processing on that one.

Thanks for posting.

1 is my pick George, with 2 and 3 close behind. 4 and 5 are a bit over processed for me, but that's just a personal preference ~ Ron

Thank you Cheryl. They don't offer us that opportunity very often do they?
