Hi Form, thanks for the write up. Personally I've had more consistent focusing for weddings with my new 5D3 than with my 5D2. But I must say that I've never been a tracking guy. When I started doing weddings with my (now sold) 5Dclassic, I soon found that tracking was not for me. But the centre AF point was very good. I mainly shot static scenes and for the walking shots I stopped down and used pre focusing. One shot 99% of the time. I am now discovering what AI servo can bring to the table and so far I'm very impressed.
