I was out for a walk at the local Arboretum. I was headed back to my car when I found myself in the shadow of this tree. Looking up, the radiating lines of the sun accented the tree, and the dandelion stood out like bright stars among the verdant grass. The deep orange of sunset, bleeding to a gentle blue sky... and though the cars, the people and the lampposts reminded me I was in a city, for a minute I felt at one with nature.
