I rarely include people in my work but adding my wife to a landscape during a hike is one of those times. This was taken at Zion National Park.

Nice image.

I would think about the following:

I don't care for the bull's-eye composition. I would move her off center a bit if possible.

I think she's too small in the image. I would suggest moving closer to her. (Show off the beauty of your gal )

Her face seems a bit too dark. I would try to lighten her face some.

Remove the plane contrail(s).

I like the B&W conversion.

The landscape is stunningly captured.

Although you need a light on her. She is pretty underexposed.

I find the centre composition an issue too. However, I think a crop where the bottom of the photo goes away is an option to consider - still centered left to right, but better, IMHO. Crop below her feet. And yes, she's underexposed so some brightening of her is in order.
