Like them all particularly the last one. The right hand with the half-smoken cigarette between the fingers, the left hand clutching the cell phone, the gaze downward all elicit a woman lost in thought. Very nice composition.

You challening your inner bruce gilden? Nice to see something different on this forum. For me no. 3 works best because there is a connection with the subject and some weird kinda tension going on there.

If you are looking for feedback or a dicussion of the images you might find more traction on the street forum.

Thanks for the kind words everyone.

I'm don't approach people quite like Bruce gilden. For the most part people aren't even sure If I have even taken there photograph. I'm not a fan of his technique but i do love his results.

I wasn't sure where to post this. I figured here would be best because the photos have people in it and it's candid. the "street" forums is most architecture and urban landscape stuff.

Yeah, I wouldn't be comfortable with a Gilden type approach myself.

Excuse me, I didn't meant to suggest that these should have been posted elsewhere as they are certainly appropriate for the people forum.

I shot b&w film exclusively for 14-15 months developing and scanning at home. I am really enjoying the grII and digital workflow

Figured I can take what I learned working with shadows and contrast to color images.
