Taken on the tube in london, I loved the fact that they were both wearing headphones and were obviously returning home from a hard days work oblivious to anything going on around them.

C&C appreciated as always,

Keith

I enjoy this style of street work. I find it very engaging and find myself thinking about different things as I explore the image. Like, What is the closest guy looking at? What is he thinking? What type of music are they listening to? ...

I'm not a street shooter but it feels just a tiny bit too tight on the top and right edge. I understand you are trying to keep the viewers eyes on the main subjects but a tiny bit more room wouldn't hurt IMHO. Maybe high enough to get the distant guys head back on his shoulders? Not sure if that might be too much though, and you can't chop his face off half way so maybe not.

I'm usually not a fan of grainy noise but I think it works very nicely here.

That's all I got. Nice shot and good eye!

Hi Dave,

Many thanks for the feedback, I could give a little more to the right from the original but nothing at the top.

I too do not normally add grain to an image but just tried it on this one and then removed it, the shot then looked nothing without it. Just goes to prove, always worth experimenting.

Regards,

Keith.

I am out of my element with street photography, but this one caught my eye and held my attention.

Great shot, Keith! Reminds me of some of the older 80s street photos of NYC - those are SO amazing.

Would prefer a lil more room up top but I ain't gonna complain too much.

POSSIBLY think about a landscape crop, but I'm hip to the square.

Cheers,

Jeff

Makes an effective statement.....one that I see daily. But the expressions are good, I like the processing, so it still works for me. Yes, maybe a tad on the top, but works as is.

I dig this one, and hooray for your square crop.

I like the different expressions and the processing fits.
