Took this in London a few weeks ago, this guy really seemed to be striding out with a purpose. I too this from almost next to him with my XF 10-24 @ 10mm

C&C always appreciated,

Keith

Indeed, the message is very good. I do wish the right foot was complete.

Well seen and timed with an excellent bw conversion
I like the swing of arms, stride, and especially the flow of his lower coat emphasizing the motion
Like Ben, the cut off foot detracts for me as well

Ditto what Ben and Scott said. The converging lines on the sidewalk and the horizontal and vertical lines on the building work really well to support the movement of your main subject. Also the "stepping" people behind him reinforce that theme.

Thanks good folks, I too was disappointed by the missing foot as shooting @ 10mm (1.6 crop) I thought that I might have had it in.

Dynamic scene! Well-captured too. You street guys are photo guerrilla warriors! I don't have the balls to get these kind of in-your-face candids and I really like em.

I'm not as concerned about the amputated foot as the others - this dude certainly has no worries about the stuff down there considering his eyes are on the prize (with lazer focus!). As heavy motion is implied we can pretty much assume that he's headed out of frame anyway so I don't feel that the foot is that much of a buzzkill.

$0.02!

Cheers,

Jeff
