Hats off to KEH repair in Smyrna (Atlanta) Georgia. To cut a long story short, I had sent in my older Sigma 120-300 for an estimate on what they would buy it for from me. For a variety of reasons, I asked them to return the lens to me. When I got it back neither the auto-focus or zoom was working properly. Although I could not prove that the lens had been damaged while at KEH, they offered to see if they could repair it, and would not charge me. They have since had to send the lens to Sigma. KEH could have simply sent it back to me as being "unrepairable". Instead, they have gone above and beyond in trying to get the lens working again.
To me, this is a case of excellent customer service.
