After years of waiting, I was finally able to shoot a wedding at one of my favorite places in the world...the St. Louis Art Museum. It turns out, it is a big challenge because they have major lighting restrictions. No lightstands, for one...and they ended up shutting us down for using a light on a stick once the general dancing started. But, on the whole...the day was a good one...very pleased with the images. It was our second last wedding of the year, and it was with a couple we did not work with at all until the wedding day. They were amazing people...wish we would have had the chance to get to know them better.
A point of interest...the bride was wearing the exact dress that both her mother and grandmother wore at their weddings. Amazing.
Another great set Joel. It's funny they want no flash yet up light every where in blue or purple or daylight balance or whatever that is!! Shannon is looking done., I am guessing she is ready!!
