I really don't want to give this lens up as it is such a good value. There is no other way to get a 200 f2 for under 2-3k. It is a manual focus only lens but manual focusing is a breeze on the Sony A7 series. The aperture is stuck at F2. It was like it when I bought it. I use this lens for portraits only so that doesn't bug me. Why would you buy a 200 F2 lens and not use it at F2 anyways. It comes with a gigantic filter to protect the front element. The glass lens seems to be in reasonable good condition for it's age besides the aperture issue. Maybe it can be fixed I dunno. Probably a tiny bit of fungus in there but doesn't effect photos. I can take photos if anyone is interested. |
