Includes everything lens came with including box except original lens cap. This is a VERY SHARP copy of this lens. For image examples visit http://joecapasso.com and check out the wide angle images on my site. They were taken with this lens! If you were inspecting the included FREE UV filter up close, you may find a minor imperfection, but it does not impact image quality. The lens glass is perfect.
