So I couldn't figure out something, and emailed their customer support. I have heard horror stories of bogen hosing people, and was bracing for the silent treatment. Low and behold, the very next day, got an email and a link to a video (albeit be in german) demonstrating what the remedy was.

So after 6 months of use with the tripod and 18 months with the ball head, i still give this brand raving recommendations!

Seems a lot of people that have bad experiences tend to leave reviews/feedback, so i figured i would do the opposite.

They sell them at local camera shops - but I think the customer service is UK. When I bought my tripod head, i had to order from Amazon direct from their distributor.

I wanted a Gitzo monopod but the leg twists hurt my hands so I returned it and bought a Sirui CF monopod and it was super easy to grip, turn and lock compared to the Gitzo. Because of that good experience, I bought a Sirui tripod and head. Haven't needed CS but the products are great.

The US distributor of Sirui is Argraph, located in new Jersey. My experience with them has been very positive. They have been responsive and personable, and handled a warranty claim fairly and quickly.
