Will you be editing video (particularly 4k video) on this computer? Do you plan on adding an external 5K monitor in the future?
If your answer to these questions is "no", then you probably don't need the discrete graphics processor. I've qualified this statement by writing "probably" because there are certain Photoshop filters (e.g., Liquify, Warp, Lighting Effects) that benefit from GPU acceleration. But if you're not using those effects regularly when processing still images, then IMO there is no reason to spend the extra money.
