I have slow internet.down load 8Mbps. Upload o.8Mbps.

I am considering Satellite HughesNet. any one has experience with them? They claim down load up to 10Mbps and upload up to 2Mbps.

Totally negative experience with them. I wouldn't recommend them at all; in fact, I'd highly recommend avoiding them. There were many factors for me, including loss of signal in storms.

I have an even more archaic internet connection(3mb down, .75 up), but I would not consider satellite at this time. Last I checked, the satellite is still 22,000-ish miles away, so ping times are effing ridiculous. Also, per month, you have 20GB you can use during the day. And, that's split up by day, so you have at most 666MB per day before they throttle you down to dial-up speeds. That's the "max plan", the lesser plans are even worse. Worthless.

I'd avoid them (and Exceed) as well. Lousy signal loss and data caps.
