Hi Jim thank you for the comments. I will check into the saturation. I believe I kept my RAW file at sat +20 to add a normal amount of color to the Milky Way. I too do not like the color of the Milky Way in this shot, the scene was filled with green airglow and make for color balancing very difficult!

1. Wish there was a place for better foreground without the trees poking up.
2. Your lens has a fair amount of coma which distorts the left side of milky way. The core starts out nice, but then it gets a bit soft higher up. I think I'd have moved the milky way more centrally (different time or orientation) or try a lens that is better on the edges.

Hi David, yes the trees are bothersome and my 14-24mm really loves to disort edges! I appreciate the framing feedback as well.
