p.1 #1 · p.1 #1 · C1 does not support my nvidia gtx980ti ?

Been evaluating c1 but one thing that, bothers me is that opencl does not work for my nvidia gtx980ti, a top of the line gpu. When I enable opencl, whenever I move a slider the image turns black until I release the slider, then it shows up again. Any fix?

Try an older driver or a different output port?

Tried different drivers, only have dvi. I contacted support and they say the card is not supported, but the gtx790ti or gtx titan is, which sounds silly to me since those are essentially the same.

top of the line in pc hardware means newest and they just haven't bothered to add it as the model you have is most likely not used much outside gaming

have you checked the logs for any clues in %LOCALAPPDATA%\CaptureOne\Logs ?

maybe ImgCoreOCL.log and ImgCore.log
