A nice photo at first glance, but it does seem to have blown or close to blown highlights with too much recovery in the shadow areas. Pull down the midtones for one in this to give a little more depth and contrast to the shot.

Thanks for the feedback. I have been doing more processing in LR lately then going to PS for additional work and resizing before posting. When I am transferring files from LR5 to CS6 the tone curve along with sharpening (and other stuff) are changed.... and for the worse. The image looks pretty good in LR and awful here. Back to the drawing board.
