#1 Given the limitations as you've stated them, I think this one's fine.
#2 This one really begs for a horizontal crop. The flow of the action is from right to left through the frame and a horizontal framing would fit this better than the vertical frame, which seems cramped and gives them nowhere to run.
#3 This one's fine, but I'd move the frame down and to our left (leaving more space on bottom than top--my mind's eye wants to see that she has somewhere to land--and giving her more space to run into). No good reason to bullseye her.
#4 Aside from shooting this one from a different angle (to this runner's right so we can see more of the other runners), I don't know that there's much you can do with it, though it's the weakest of the bunch, except as an isolation (stock) shot of this runner, but then there's the issue of the other partial runners.
My main recommendation would be to switch up your shooting to include some taken with your camera in a horizontal position. Vertical shooting often can lead to options for horizontal cropping, but not if you shoot tight. And some action is just better served with horizontal framing.
