p.1 #1 · p.1 #1 · question about rotated images in adobe bridge CS6

An odd thing happened last week. I came home from a gig and imported a CF card of Canon 5D Mark III shots into Adobe Bridge CS6. All images (most taken in portrait orientation) were set in-camera to auto-rotate, and they all auto-rotated as expected when they were loaded. Then, when I imported a CF card of Canon 1D Mark IV images (most taken in landscape orientation) into the same folder, all the previously-imported 5D III images flipped/reverted to their un-rotated orientation. What the heck? Any ideas? Thank you in advance.

Just thought I'd re-visit this topic to see if anyone could help me out. I've now traded the 5DIII for a 1DX, and am still having the same problem. Although I've set the 1DX to auto-rotate (I'm using the option that shows both a "camera" and "display/monitor" icon), my images do not rotate when imported into Bridge. Any ideas? Thank you in advance!
