Cheers everyone, pretty happy with this set all said and done.
MRom, totally depends on the day - I believe this was a large PCB gridded softbox for the stuff near the waterfall; a simpler white boucned brolly for the indroor stuff. 1 flash, sometimes 1 with a reflector (sometimes just bare, but not this set I believe)

Thank you; what do you think makes the Nikon system advantageous? I am looking to see how the a7rII AF is in real world situations with Canon glass and considering that direction

That sony looks tight. Keep us updated on it if you go that route. Sony glass is pretty good BTW. I shot with one of those adapters for canon lenses, hated it. Slow & inaccurate.

Yeah, the word is the newest adapter has fairly snappy autofocus with EF glass. I'm sick of lugging around 15-20lbs for 12 hours.

Just a tip but when you use a wide angle lens at close distances it exaggerates the size of body parts closer to the lens. Very much in evidence with the picture of the garter being put on the bride's leg and showing her big foot and in the picture of the bridesmaids where the feet are enlarged as a result of this effect. Most women do not want their feet to look larger than they are (or their hands or noses).

I rather my feet look larger than my hips.... just saying.
