The gull is a stunner, the feather detail on both is great Sritri.
The first is a great example of why some of us still use manual exposure. Compensation from matrix metering is total inconstant as small changes in the background can cause changes in the exposure that will steal your highlight or shadow detail. When you shoot in manual, the ambient light is what matters and that dose not change very quickly, even at sunrise or sunset. You do have to be aware of clouds and shadows.
