Also know by its botanical name of Amorphophallus titanum or Corpse flower. It produces a foul odor resembling rotten flesh (used to attract flies and beetles that pollinate it). The plant typically must reach at least 6-7 years of age before it blooms but often it is much older. In a normal cycle, the plant produces a single enormous branched leaf that looks like a small tree reaching 10-15 ft. [ Notes from UC Botanical Garden in Berkeley where this was photographed]

Both are cool shots. I would think the size of the pot holding the plant would suffice.
