There are no serious or widespread issues at all with the D750. I would bet the overwhelming majority of users are having no issues at all under normal scenarios.
The D750 has 2 service advisories:
1) Unnatural flare may show up in very specific conditions:

To give you an idea of the severity (lack of), note that this "issue" has been tested by reputable sources to be even worse on other bodies which still have not received service advisories at all (Like the Canon 1DX and some earlier Nikon bodies), and you don't hear people complaining about it. It affected some initial run D750's, and I suspect the vast majority of people didn't even know they had it because you had to create a fairly extreme scenario to have a chance at spotting it.
2) Possible image shading on bodies under certain circumstances produced from a very small window (Oct-Nov 2014):

The relentless internet testing/scrutiny that now occurs with every Nikon body since the D600 didn't even catch this one. Nikon brought it to everyone's attention and issued a service advisory if by chance it affects any users. I still have not seen an example of this anywhere. Honestly at this point I think Nikon is being over cautious, but it's better that than the other way.
The D750 never had any significant or widespread issues, certainly no worse than most other bodies out there. One of Nikon's best, especially for weddings if that's what you're into. You will find plenty of people having no issues at all. If anyone had issues outside the service advisories, they would be anomalies dealt with through warranty just like any other product.
