This was on top of the door mirror of my car yesterday. It cannot fly but it hopped off after a few shots. I have seen, and photographed, the nymphs of this species in my garden but this was my first session with an adult.
I didn't have time to assemble a twin flash setup so this was done with a single flash.
EM-1 (manual mode*), Kiron 105mm f11, hand-held.
*[Edit] It was 1/60 and Aperture Priority, not manual mode (I have just checked the EXIF). [Edit ends].
Images cropped by ca 50% to exclude large areas of mirror holder plastic.
