I was out yesterday to test my Canon 70D video for the first time. I thought that filming my springer spaniel would be a good test, after shooting about 10 minutes of video I came back in the house and played it back. When I played back the video, I kept getting jerky or hesitating movement or stopping and then starting through out the video. With some investigation I read that this will happen if you are filming a moving object vs stationary. When I had my 60D I experienced a little bit of slowing down and speeding up of video, but nothing like this. Anyone have and idea if this is typical or not of the 70D. I was using my Sigma 24-105 f4 filming this. Here is how I setuo the 70D video
