I just started to shoot macro, and love every minute of it so far!

A very good start. You might want to try a slightly smaller aperture. (The shallow DOF does work well for the bee on the purple flower).

I find the last image a bit too bright and the background glaring.

We all need to learn. I have been shooting macro for decades and I am still learning, perhaps more so that in the past. It is probably a good idea to not do everything at first. For example, maybe get used to around 1:1 (or less) and either daylight or flash before progressing to higher magnifications.

You might be surprised how important it is to know where to find subjects and how to get close to the skittish ones.
