Everyone's mileage varies, but I like the tilting as long as it's obvious that it's intentional, which yours is.

20 & 27 capture some of the nice landscape. There's only so much one can do with the "We just want snapshots" crowd.

not everyone shares the same cup of tea.

The tilting is very obvious and creates a different composition. not everything has to be straightened to hell and back.

Great work Josh, I different composition feels between the ceremony and reception. its very distinct and helps pull them together.

Typically I tilt not for the sake of tilting but for moving elements in the composition. But I looked back over the set and saw 20 definitely has bad tilt. Don't remember why I did it or if I did it on purpose lol always good to hear things to consider

Very nice set. #20 is the standout for me, although many struck a chord. I'm not a wedding photographer but have wondered about shooting in the sun like that with harsh shadows and little control of the light. It obviously didn't hamper you as you focused on the expressions and moments. Good work.

I'm generally not a fan of the hit or miss aspect of shutter drag but that dancing shot is an epic example. Can't imagine how many delete images were on either side of that. Really well done — eye candy.

Thanks man. Yeah usually takes a ton of shots lol. This one I think I got lucky and got one pretty quick. But instead of just randomly going crazy shaking the camera I've started to first try and nail down a pattern I can make with the light, and if I like it try to compose knowing what the light trail will look like and keep trying until I get the right action. Second time trying that method. This was the first time. I knew the trail I made had the top left of the frame open so I kept trying to catch the subject there and repeated the trail motion after. Wish his eyes weren't closed but kinda just looks like hes screaming or something
