I was really happy with this image from Great Falls National Park, Virginia. I've been going here for years to capture the herons, and this is the first time one has landed so close on a rock with that amazing rapid behind it. I took about ~30 frames, and this was the only one with that flowy wave in the background. Thanks for looking!

Certainly a nice shot! Just the right balance between frozen and silky water.
