I recently posted images of the tubular flowers of Cleistocactus. Those of Borzicactus are also less wide-opening than most cacti but are a little more splayed at the tip. They are also considerably larger than those of Cleistocactus. They seem to drop a great deal of pollen inside the flowers.

Here are cross-eye stereos with the Kiron 105mm and the Printing Nikkor 105mm, both with twin diffused TTL RC flash hand-held. Both lenses were set at f11.

The images are uncropped.

I thought I had replied to this. Anyway, it jogged my memory and I just went out to my greenhouse to get a shot of a single yellow flower, of more typical cactus type, before the several other buds open this afternoon.
