I'd go for the Nikon 10-24 DX. It can be use on the D7000 you already own and it is much lighter and portable than any FX UWA zooms out there. And you can use it on FX too, down to about 16mm. The corners will suffer little bit, but for the resolutions the house listing pictures are posted at, it should be fine.
If not the 10-24, then the choice has to be the 16-35, it's really a no brainer IMO.
