Thanks Morris... I'm looking forward to the chicks too! They are harder to photograph, as by the time they are big enough to photograph, the cottonwoods will have leaves that make it difficult to see the babies.

Thanks Ron... It is a real challenge to use a tripod on a kayak. I've tried this the past and nearly lost the gear. It is easier with a canoe, but there were many times where I had to catch unbalanced legs.
