The Cedar Creek Falls in the park is one of the iconic shots in Arkansas. C/C appreciated.

This is a cool composition, all it's missing is some contrast. Add that, and it will turn this flat scene and give it some life and depth. And don't be gentle on the contrast, I would say a good 60% increase would work wonders!

Thanks Jim. The added contrast is even more helpful as seen on my screen.

I too love the composition. I think this shot only needed a ND filter to make it super!!
Take a look at the Lee filter system. It can be worth it's weight in gold for landscape shots.
You have a beautiful place to shoot there!!

Great composition on this spot. I see a lot of the deadwood has been washed away from the recent heavy rains.
Not sure if you meant to or not, but your processing gives this image the feel of some of the many older photographs that were hanging in the Mather Lodge (built in the 1930's by the CCC) and cabins at the state park. Thanks for sharing this one.

Been to this location a few times. The hike is fun...but sometimes 'fun' means a lot of people will be there also. Often wanted to 'catch' this angle, but kids and whatnot have never aligned with my plans.

Well done!

The updated version is a lot better. There still seems to be a bit too much green/olive in the tints.

Thanks for the input. I'll play a bit with the saturation and/or tint.

Thanks Scott. I've found that most of the family hikers don't arrive down here until about ten.
