Anyone have any experience with support from Fundy? I'm 40 pages into a 60-page book and the software has crashed. I can restart and open other albums I've built, the more traditional 24-page books I usually do for weddings and senior portraits -- but this big project I'm working on won't open.

Fundy claims to have daily support, but provide no way of contacting them other than submitting a ticket and then you sit around and hope they call you the same day, I guess. I'm on deadline on this thing, and I'm hoping one of you knows a shortcut to their support team.

In our experience their response time on tickets has been pretty quick, as in within a few hours during normal business hours. I think others have reported getting responses after hours on some occasions as well.

I've found their support to be fast and helpful. I've even had responses out of office hours so they seem to value customer support highly.

I've always had good luck with their support, even on weekends.

I had a project do the same thing. I found deleting the temp file that was next to it solved it for me.

It turns out if you upload more than 500 pics, the software will be unstable and you simply have to save after every page is designed, just to be on the safe side. For this project, I had 1200-plus images, so I was well above their threshold of 500.

After they advised me, it's been running smoothly.
